Let the samba beat move you.

Thanks for visiting our website. Here you will find everything you need to know about Brazilian Day Canada - an event that celebrates Brazil’s Culture, but also Canada’s Multiculturalism.

For many Brazilians this day is not only a way for us to celebrate our culture through music, dance and traditional foods, but it is also a way for us to showcase the best of our country to the global community. In a way it is a present from Brazilians to people of all cultures.

Always taking place on Canada’s Labour Day, this year the event features some of the biggest Brazilian starts and local Brazilian performers and the best talent from the local community. With this all-star line-up, Brazilian Day Canada is going to leave everyone on their feet moving to the samba beat.

Through a strong partnership with Globo International, we have created an event on a scale that is seldom seen in Toronto. Brazilian Day Canada is an event held at Younge-Dundas Square.

Yonge-Dundas Square is the ideal venue for this mega-event, at the heart of the city, it is a beautiful, accessible, public space. It is a major landmark for visitors and an important gathering place for Torontonians.
